ScheduledWell (beta)
Terms of Service
Version 0.2 (beta) · Effective August 16, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of ScheduledWell, an AI-assisted home management platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use ScheduledWell.
1. Beta service
ScheduledWell is currently in beta. Features, recommendations, interfaces and data models may change, be added or be removed as the product develops. The service may be unavailable or behave unexpectedly from time to time. You should not rely on ScheduledWell as your only record of important home information — keep your own copies of documents that matter to you.
ScheduledWell does not guarantee the continuous availability or preservation of your uploaded documents, photos, records or other information. Information may become unavailable because of technical failures, account deletion, service changes or other circumstances, and you should retain your own copies of important documents and records. This does not change our privacy commitments regarding how your information is handled while it is stored.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate account information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization. You must be an adult capable of entering into a contract to use ScheduledWell.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload content you do not have the right to upload, or that infringes someone else's rights.
- Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise, probe or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
- Attempt to access another user's account, property or documents.
- Use the service to violate any applicable law.
- Scrape, resell or redistribute the service or its content without our permission.
4. Information you provide
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you enter or upload, including property details, equipment details, dates and documents. ScheduledWell's recommendations depend on that information; incomplete or inaccurate input will produce incomplete or inaccurate output.
You retain ownership of your content. You grant ScheduledWell a limited licence to store, process and display your content solely to operate the service for you, including transmitting uploaded documents and photos to our AI processing provider for analysis as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. AI-generated information and its limitations
Parts of ScheduledWell — including document and photo analysis and some maintenance recommendations — are generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or wrong, including details such as manufacturers, model or serial numbers, installation dates and condition.
AI-extracted findings are proposals only. They do not become part of your Home Record until you review and approve them. Reviewing findings for accuracy is your responsibility.
6. Maintenance recommendations are not professional advice
ScheduledWell provides general information and scheduling tools to help you organize home maintenance. Recommendations are generic planning suggestions based on the information you provide and typical maintenance intervals. They are not tailored professional advice and do not account for everything about your specific home.
ScheduledWell does not guarantee that it will identify every home system, asset, maintenance requirement, inspection requirement, defect, repair, replacement need, safety issue or code or compliance issue in your home. The absence of a ScheduledWell recommendation does not mean that no maintenance, inspection, repair or replacement is required.
Maintenance recommendations are informational planning suggestions only. Recommended dates are estimates and planning guidance rather than guarantees, and recommendations may be incorrect, incomplete, outdated or unsuitable for your particular property. Reminders or notifications may be delayed, interrupted, unavailable or not delivered. You remain responsible for determining what work is appropriate and when it should occur, and you should maintain your own records and not rely on ScheduledWell as your sole reminder or maintenance record.
ScheduledWell does not provide home inspection, engineering, construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, environmental, insurance, real estate, financial or legal advice, and does not inspect, diagnose, repair, maintain, service or certify your home or its systems.
You are solely responsible for deciding whether maintenance, repair or replacement is appropriate, when it should be done, and who should do it. ScheduledWell is not a substitute for professional assessment. Where a decision could affect safety, structural integrity, property damage or significant financial consequences, you should not rely solely on ScheduledWell recommendations and should consult an appropriately qualified and licensed professional. Where safety, code compliance, permits, structural questions, repairs or professional judgment are involved, consult an appropriately qualified and licensed professional. In an emergency, contact emergency services or a qualified professional immediately — do not rely on ScheduledWell.
7. Third-party professionals and services
ScheduledWell may in future surface or link to third-party contractors, tradespeople, suppliers or services. We do not employ, supervise, endorse, license-verify or guarantee any third party or their work unless we expressly state otherwise. Any agreement you make with a third party is between you and them, and you are responsible for verifying their credentials, licensing and insurance.
8. Intellectual property
ScheduledWell, including its software, design, branding and content (excluding your content), is owned by ScheduledWell and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for your own personal home management. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or create derivative works from the service.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using ScheduledWell at any time and may request account deletion by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, poses a security or legal risk, or where required by law. We may also discontinue the beta, or any feature of it, with reasonable notice where practical.
10. Plans, pricing and future paid subscriptions
ScheduledWell is currently free to beta users. We expect to introduce paid plans and account tiers in the future. We will tell you before any feature you rely on becomes paid, and no charge will be made without your express agreement to the applicable pricing and billing terms at that time.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ScheduledWell is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that recommendations or AI-generated information will be accurate or complete. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ScheduledWell and its directors, officers, employees and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or for property damage, repair costs, or costs of substitute services, arising out of or relating to your use of the service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or CAD $100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold ScheduledWell harmless from claims, losses and expenses arising from content you upload, your use of the service, your breach of these terms, or decisions you make about maintenance, repairs or third-party professionals.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of British Columbia will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you where you live.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as ScheduledWell develops. The version and effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the updated terms.
